THE 1/2 CORRAL PLATE-MOUNTED HANDLING AREA ENABLES ANIMALS TO ADVANCE.
Thanks to the movements of a rotating steel-sheet barrier ensuring safe working conditions. Robust, quiet system. The plate-mounted 1/2 Corral is easy to install on a perfectly flat concrete slab. Good quality concrete will enable plates to withstand animal pushing strain. In the animal passage area, consider creating a concrete area with a brushed surface to prevent slipping. Ground attachment pins not supplied. We recommend a 20 cm thick slab minimum with resistance of C25/30 MPa. Please use at least four M12 L160 pins per post.
PLEASE USE HANDLING AREA POSTS: PLATE-MOUNTED BARE POSTS WITH BRACKETS ARE NOT SUITABLE.

In order to reduce zinc destruction and steel corrosion due to prolonged contact with silage, slurry and manure, we recommend that you apply before use and periodically an industrial paint composed of a bonding primer on galvanized products before applying an epoxy paint. As well, please check that the paint is suitable for animal health. It is to be applied on the following equipment: post bases, bottom of barriers and cubicles, knee bars, brackets, etc.
