THE FIXED STEEL-SHEET RACE ENABLES ANIMAL MOVEMENT IN COMPLETE SAFETY.
It is to be installed at the desired width. The fixed race is supplied with one side fitted with steps. Thanks to the steps and lifting bar, the livestock handler has unrestricted, safe access above the animals. The lifting bar is unlocked with a quick movement of two handles inwards. The bar can be quickly locked with two AUTOLOCK bolts.Patented system. The plate-mounted fixed race is easy to install on a perfectly flat concrete slab. Good quality concrete will enable plates to withstand animal pushing strain. In the animal passage area, consider creating a concrete area with a brushed surface to prevent animals falling. Ground attachment pins not supplied. We recommend a 20 cm thick slab minimum with resistance of C25/30 MPa. Please use at least four M12 L160 pins per post.
PLEASE USE HANDLING AREA POSTS: PLATE-MOUNTED BARE POSTS WITH BRACKETS ARE NOT SUITABLE. IF THE RACE IS BEING CREATED WITHOUT A CHICANE PLEASE BUY TWO EXTRA POSTS.
