Never set in an OCTAGONAL sleeve on its own. Always set it in with the post fitted, paying attention to the direction of the post and its brackets.
The sleeve is marked 1D, 2D, 3D, 4D to show the correct direction for setting in. Fit
the corrosion limiting sleeves before putting in the post.
