In order to make a post demountable: order an OCTAGONAL sleeve (Ref. TR4100). To LIMIT corrosion order, a green post guard consisting of a sleeve and the holding flange (Ref.TR1603).
CAUTION!
In order to reduce zinc destruction and steel corrosion due to prolonged contact with silage, slurry and manure,
we recommend that you buy the powder coated post and use the OCTAGONAL double sleeve. Another option is to crimp the heat-shrinkable protection sleeve (TR0101).
To protect the bottoms of barriers
we recommend, before use, the application of an industrial paint composed
of a bonding primer adapted to galvanized products before application of an epoxy paint, ensuring that the paint is suitable
for animal use. It is to be applied on the following equipment: post bases, bottom
of barriers and cubicles, knee bars, brackets, etc.
